Food allergies are common among both youngsters and adults. In recent years, food allergies became increasingly frequent for many unknown reasons. Because of this, more information is starting to become available on food allergies. In adults, the food that are the most likely to cause severe reactions are peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
