Lose 20 Pounds In A MOnth

If you are anything like me, you might be looking for an easy way to lose 20 pounds in a month. I had a June wedding coming up and I wanted to look good. I had the classic tuxedo I'd gotten from my grandfather years before and I though I'd try it on. Opps, looks like I was getting a little broad in the beam. I could barely even snap the trousers...not good. With the date of the wedding coming quickly I needed to lose 20 pounds in a month.

I've been a little heavy before and had tried all the popular fad diets that said you could lose 20 pounds in as little as a month. You name them, the South Beach, the Zone, the Fat Actress diet food...all of them. That one cost me a near fortune. Thanks but no thanks, so I started my own online research.

What is wrong with all those diets is that even though you lose weight, you end up plateauing and get depressed at your lack of progress. Then you just gain all the weight right back. The problem was that I was eating the wrong combinations of food at all the wrong times. Understand that food can be a potent medicine and we often tend to use it wrong. Want a hint? Eat more than three meals a day. how's that? I bet that one is hard to believe.

I learned about food combining from a good friend who was a chemical biologist. He said I could fool my metabolism into burning away all the calories that I consume. It didn't know what to expect so it didn't store those calories as fat. I ate all my favorite dishes, modified slightly but still tasting delicious. And I never felt hungry so would never have the need to overeat.
