Hemorrhoid Cures Exposed

By Heather-Jane Hunter

Many people through out the US suffer from hemorrhoids; studies show that as many as 4% of Americans have this common problem. Because this is such a huge concern, there have been a wide range of hemorrhoid cures found to combat hemorrhoids. Choosing which cure is best for you depends on how severe your hemorrhoids are. Many of the different cures available for Hemorrhoids, involve creams, ointments, dietary changes and natural cures, and in some cases surgery.

The least chosen of all the types of hemorrhoid cures is the hemorrhoid surgery. This process is one that is very painful for the patient, and in most cases requires them to experience extended bed rests of up to 4 weeks or more. The normal procedure is to avoid the surgery at all costs unless the person experiences the most severe hemorrhoid cases and no other hemorrhoid cure works.

Most people will try the easiest of the hemorrhoid cures, which is use of one of the different creams, ointments and lotions available on the market. They are easily purchased over the counter without the need for a prescription. Most who use the creams as a hemorrhoid cure find that they may experience some pretty good results; however they also find that this cure is not a lasting cure. The job of the hemorrhoid cream is to reduce your swelling and ease the pain; however it is not really a total cure of the problem of hemorrhoids. In fact, some actually find that with these creams they will experience severe sensations of burning and itching. They will also notice that this method is usually the most inconvenient of all of the types of hemorrhoid cure because it has to be applied to the area several times a day.

Creams and ointments must be used as temporary relievers of pain as they are not really an effective as a hemorrhoid cure. However, when they are combined with natural cures they make a really good cure aid for hemorrhoids.

Another good hemorrhoid cure is changing what you eat. While this is a good way to go, it is also important that changing the diet is not going to completely cure you without a backup plan. However, diet is one of the more important of the roles when you are trying a hemorrhoid cure. You will find that fiber will help with making your stool softer, which will assist with allowing them to move through your anal canal easily, and with less agitation. Eating foods such as fruits and vegetables have an opposite effect and will increase the amount of suffering you experience from hemorrhoids. Using vitamins will help you not only cure the effects of hemorrhoids but it will prevent you from getting them, and help to strengthen and repair your skin. You will want to use Vitamins C, B, and A, if you suffer from Hemorrhoids.

Yet another option to use as a hemorrhoid cure, which is both easy and convenient, is the natural cure. These cures are good at helping to cure hemorrhoids and they go along way in helping to relieve pain as well. The natural cure focuses primarily on what actually caused the hemorrhoids and works at eliminating them from the source. They get rid of the underlying problems instead of only focusing on the symptoms which is what the creams and lotions do.

When you focus on what is really causing the hemorrhoids, you will find a cure that is going to last a long time rather than having a temporary quick fix. Because you will find natural cures that actually go after the cause, you will notice that when you use them you will get better, faster and longer lasting results.
