These changes may include dietary changes as well as the frequency of feeding or eating those meals. Do you know what your body fat percentage is now and where you'd like it to be? Do you have a food log where you can keep track of how many calories your taking in? What exercises are you doing and do you know if they will burn fat and build muscle? Are you getting enough sleep? How much rest do you need to fully recover from a workout? These are a few questions that you need to answer before you can formulate a plan.
 
The bottom line is that unless have a bullet proof fitness plan to follow then you need to gain access to one. Doing so will make sure your fitness ladder is leaning against the right wall. If you're going to dedicate all this time and effort you'd better make sure you have the right road map to get your where you want to go. Make sure you have a rock solid fitness plan before you take your first step.
