With growing age, antioxidant activity ceases to a halt. Thus health care personnel declare that elderly, particularly the heavy drinkers, frequent aspirin takers, regular smokers, and individual with lower food intake may tremendously advantageous by having antioxidant supplements on a regular basis. Antioxidants on an elevated level are surely to help against fatal diseases.
