Why The Lemonade Diet Might Be The Answer To Handling Obesity For Good.

By Peter Glickman

The four main causes of obesity include deficient nutrition (such as from raw vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds), an excess of toxic foods (such as from processed foods, sugar, white flour, cooked foods), too little hydration (the body consists of 70% water and requires an ounce of pure water for every two pounds of body weight each day), and stress.

The Standard American Diet overworks the digestive system and causes unprocessed wastes to be moved into the colon that never get a chance to move out of the body. Then the decomposing wastes are reabsorbed into the bloodstream, and redistributed to our entire system! However, because this process is mostly symptomless, conventional medicine does not acknowledge anything is wrong from a medical point of view (practitioners receive only a few hours of nutrition education in their 8 to 12 years of medical education).

When our elimination organs such as the liver and kidneys are overwhelmed due to our toxic diets, these organs start to store the toxins in themselves, dramatically reducing their effectiveness even more. Physical and mental symptoms start to arise, such as fatigue, depression, constipation, elevated cholesterol, indigestion or insomnia,.

The continuing degeneration of the elimination organs leads to chronic degenerative diseases like heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc. The whole body is being poisoned.

Stress, often overlooked, is a huge factor in the formation of a toxic environment in the body, or can aggravate an existing unhealthy situation. Suppressive stress, to be precise, either in the form of another person or a circumstance, past or present, plays a very detrimental role by hampering attempts to detoxify the body.

To eliminate obesity: A. Locate and remove from your life those people causing you stress from their suppression. B. Reduce consumption of toxic food to less than 5% of your daily calories or eliminate it completely. C. Divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of non-fluoridated water each day or fresh raw juices. D. Decrease cooked food to no more than 20% of your diet. The rest should be raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. E. Use sea salt rather than table salt. Table salt has been heated and the 78 trace minerals your body needs have been removed. F. Cleanse the colon so there is no more self-poisoning from putrid, un-evacuated waste. G. Exercise at least every other day to stimulate blood circulation, which improves all the organs. This can be as simple as walking. H. Cleanse your liver and kidneys. They are too vital to leave polluted and congested.
