You will be able to take some time and actually think about what you are going to do to it and this will not only stop you from getting tense, but, also permit you to produce great creative work.

You see, when your body is healthy and is full of vigor, you are more or less saved from the effects of tension such as the lowering of energy levels, nerves and frequently, even heart problems.
