Do you Know of the Possible Side Effects of Using Miracle Mineral Supplement?

By Lee Jacobs

As powerful as Jim Humbles Miracle Mineral Supplement has proven itself to be over the last few years, it pays to know exactly what to expect whilst engaging the Miracle Mineral Supplement protocol. Aside from only ingesting MMS and hoping for a miracle, there are a number of proactive activities that can be engaged in order to facilitate longer lasting results whilst making it less stressful upon your body.

The most common effect of MMS is nausea, something that this compound was originally used for in the 19th century, to cause people to vomit up toxins. Nausea is the number one reason for people to quit the MMS treatment regimen, and it should be weighed in if you're using MMS to help deal with things like advanced cancer or other advanced and long term pathological conditions. Using a pre-cleanse of a diluted MMS solution can be quite helpful in mitigating some of the nausea effects.

Fatigue is another side effect of MMS protocols; the compounds, in addition to being good for sterilizing your gut, can cause deficiencies because of how much they strip the body of anti-oxidants, in particular, glutathione. Low levels of these compounds will leave someone feeling very run down, and tired. It's worth the time and extra expense to add more anti-oxidants into your system while using the MMS treatment. We recommend 1-2 grams of N-Acetyle Cysteine to stimulate the glutathione production within your body.

Almost without fail, an individual will usually experience either vomiting, diarrhea or nausea " with nausea being the most common side affect. Its very important to remain on the MMS program until such time that the full course of the protocol is completed. There are a number of tricks that one can employ to at least reduce some of the symptoms that may present along the way. A sure fire way of quenching acute bouts of nausea is to consume 1 " 2 grams of ascorbic acid, but be careful with this as it is a powerful antagonist to the action of chlorine dioxide compound. Taking ginger root or the vitamin B6 often helps, whilst also pressing upon a point 20 " 30 millimeters under the wrist along the centre of the forearm is something that works well.

The powerful cleansing capabilities of this compound can cause bowel irritation; habituating your colon with a colonic or enemy using a dilute solution may be the best way to reduce this side effect; and taking a regular colonic or enema is generally good advice in fee simple. Be especially careful with this compound if you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome or cancer of the bowel.

With cardiovascular disease such as arteriosclerosis and certain CHD pathologies it has been found that if the MMS protocol is adhered to as set out by Jim Humble, cholesterol deposits and plaque congestion can be stripped out of the vascular system too quickly. This can become a dangerous situation within the body, as plaque deposits can occlude vital blood vessels. In order to prevent this from happening, or at least reducing the possibility, Dr Mathias Rath advises taking roughly 10 grams of vitamin C daily divided over the day for a good two months prior to beginning the MMS therapy. Ascorbic acid is one of the most powerful substances known to strengthen and reinforce blood vessels, making them stronger and more elastic. Other forms of nutritional support include copper salicylate, MSM, N-Acetyglucosamine, Green juices and lemon juice, as all of these guys improve elasticity.

As you can see from the information outlined within this article, the return to health is a process that requires cooperation from all quarters, and though the Miracle Mineral Supplement is a powerful tool, it is not the only one " exercise common sense, supplement appropriately and take it slowly. Just as it has taken you a long time to lose your health " it can take a little time to get it back!
