Taking breaks regularly can also alleviate the stress from your problem areas. Also, good posture on a more regular basis will alleviate the root cause of much of your carpal tunnel symptoms, and simple movement exercises with the hands and fingers will also help.

These simple alternatives to carpal tunnel surgery are much cheaper and safer and have a more predicable outcome!
